New Schools for Louisiana exists to ensure ALL children across Louisiana have access to an excellent education that broadens their college and career opportunities. Through the support and expansion of excellent, innovative school models, we provide the foundation for families to have choice and agency in their children's education.

Founded in 2022, NSLA has created 2,200 high quality public charter school seats with an additional 2,400 seats coming online fall 2027. To support this work, NSLA has raised $5 million in philanthropic dollars.
