Understanding Need

Through both continuous analysis and community engagement, NSLA maintains a current understanding of evolving student needs across Louisiana regions.

Identifying Opportunities

NSLA identifies opportunities for operator recruitment, replication, and incubation in regions with student need and community support for expanded school choice.

Vetting Operators

NSLA conducts a rigorous due diligence process to understand operator capacity to launch and/or scale prior to greenlighting their support.

Providing Ongoing Support

NSLA provides comprehensive support to operators including expert support through model design/incubation, authorizing processes, board development, facilities strategy, as well as launch funding.
